Today I went to visit a friend who lives about 50 miles away and GPS suggested a route that avoided a freeway and took me along the coastline and through a gorgeous canyon filled with stunning rock faces and GREEN. Green trees, green grass, green mountains... And it was like I could EXHALE for the first time in a really long while. My shoulders relaxed. I opened the windows and breathed in the beautiful scent of living #nature all around me. It made me so happy. I didn't stop and take a picture but next time I will.
