We see a lot of pennau rwdan causing havoc when the sun is shining in their tank sized city vehicles (usually only used for picking up Farquhar and Jocasta from school 2 mins walk away) at Porth Dafarch. They think it's perfectly fine to literally stop in the middle of the road, chat to their friends, totally oblivious to everyone around them that need to go somewhere. 'Parking' consists of aiming their tanks in the direction they want to see the sea. Pennau rwdan!
